Our Story

Remotify was founded on a simple belief: where you live should not limit the opportunities you can access.

Across the Philippines, talented professionals were already contributing to global companies, often without the protections and stability of proper employment. At the same time, businesses wanted to hire internationally but struggled with compliance, payroll, and people operations.

Maria Sucgang
Maria designs systems for work that is both human and reliable at scale.

She led global service operations across APAC and EMEA in telecom and technology, supporting international clients including Apple, Tesla, and Netflix. She saw where things break and what it takes to make them work.  At Remotify, she’s building the infrastructure to fix that.

Erwin Kok
Erwin turns complex global operations into something that actually works on the ground.

He led international teams across Europe, the US, and the Philippines, and later served as Country Manager for a global Employer of Record. He helped companies enter the Philippine market, set up compliant operations, and build teams from zero.

He knows where global expansion breaks. And how to make it work locally. At Remotify, he ensures every part of the operation holds together.  From onboarding to compliance to day-to-day execution.  Because global expansion only works when it works locally.
